Before founding Conexa Search, I established the HR function at One Medical (acquired by Amazon), held numerous HR executive positions, and was a Management Consultant for Monitor/Deloitte.
The quality of HR talent in the marketplace varies widely, and my HR experience helps in identifying the best talent. A strong network and ability to turn passive talent into candidates are why clients hire me.
Just as the quality of talent in the marketplace varies, so does the caliber of search professionals. One of my hallmarks is my integrity with both candidates and clients, which I take very seriously. That integrity shows up in a transparent search process, transparent pricing and a direct approach.
